I’ve spent over 25 years in kitchens across Western Canada—leading teams, creating menus, and cooking everything from rustic comfort food to refined fine dining. I’ve worked as an executive chef, consultant, and culinary director, and for the last six years, I’ve been sharing what I’ve learned as a culinary instructor at SAIT, teaching everyone from high school students to adults just discovering their love of cooking.
Now, I’m bringing that passion to my own business—offering catering and cooking classes focused on real food and time honoured techniques. Whether I’m serving up a beautifully crafted dinner for your event or teaching you how to master your own kitchen, my goal is always the same: make great food that brings people together.
